Return Time and Condition of Products
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from delivery of the merchandise for a full refund. Please contact us and send us information regarding why you want to return or exchange your purchase and we will send you back information where to ship the product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, i.e. in new, unused and unworn condition and not damaged or modified in any way, shape or form. All items must be returned with all original packaging and documents, otherwise your return will be refused.
All sale items and special order items are non-refundable. With special order items we are referring to items created at the customer’s request and to their specifications.
We only replace items if they are defective. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that it has been damaged during the first shipping.
Refund Or Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Sometimes the refund appears on your next monthly statement.
We guarantee a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping fees and insurance. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, VAT etc. are not refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, the item was damaged during the first shipping or of a defective product. If we have approved your refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us about this.
Packing Product Securely
Please pack the product securely. Icecold recommends that you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Icecold is not responsible for packages not received, damaged or lost if sent via a non-traceable or a not insured carrier.
